Workshop skills

The construction industry has changed dramatically over the last 30 years, more complex technical designs need greater skilled personnel. We believe our training is at the core of our success and continue to invest in our staff. We currently have two apprentices within the workshop.

Computer aided design

The company continually invests in state of the art computer drafting packages and provides system training. The computer systems are constantly updated to ensure maximum efficiency and to maintain effective communication with clients systems.

Health & Safety

At Kimber Engineering we pride our self on our high safety standard. The

company Directors are committed to an Incident & Injury Free workplace.

Health & Safety is controlled by our in-house Health & Safety advisor (IOSH Qualification),

working closely with an external Health & Safety Consultant to monitor, implement and advise safe procedures and systems of work.

We are committed to providing our staff with the skills and knowledge to ensure they can carry out their work correctly and safely, and all our staff have the opportunity to undertake the relevant training for that purpose.

As a company we have won numerous awards for health and safety and we are proud of our record, these very high standards are something we strive continually to maintain.

Office systems

As the requirements for control of costs and time scales for projects has increased the company has invested in new software and hardware. Our commitment and continued investment mean we can provide accurate estimates and control costs during a project.

Customers

We work closely with our customers at all stages of a project from the initial concept through the design trial, build production and installation. We help our customers manage their build program.
